Terms
Terms of Use
These terms describe the conditions for using Paycalc.org and its calculators.
Last updated: October 8, 2026.
Use of the site
PayCalc provides free informational calculators and educational content. You may use the site for lawful personal or business planning purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security controls, misuse automated access, or present PayCalc results as guaranteed or professionally certified outcomes.
Estimates, not professional advice
Calculator results are estimates based on the information entered and the assumptions described on the site. PayCalc does not provide tax preparation, accounting, legal, payroll, lending, mortgage-brokerage, investment-advisory, or other regulated professional services through these calculators.
You are responsible for evaluating whether a result is appropriate for your situation and for consulting qualified professionals when a decision requires professional advice.
No guarantee of completeness
We work to test calculation logic and keep tax-year rules current, but laws, payroll practices, lender calculations, fees, product terms, market conditions, and individual circumstances can change. We do not guarantee that every possible jurisdiction, exemption, benefit treatment, loan feature, expense, or investment outcome is represented.
Advertising and third-party links
PayCalc may display advertising or links to third-party products and services. Advertising does not change the calculator's formulas or results. A third-party advertisement or link is not a guarantee, endorsement, or professional recommendation by PayCalc. Third parties are responsible for their own products, claims, terms, privacy practices, and availability.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the PayCalc name, site presentation, original explanatory content, and original software components are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Public government rules, tax publications, mathematical formulas, and third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and public-use status.
Availability and changes
We may update, add, remove, or temporarily suspend site features. We may also revise these Terms when the service changes. Continued use of the site after a published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PayCalc is provided on an “as available” basis and without a promise that a result will match a payroll system, tax return, lender disclosure, investment return, or other real-world transaction. PayCalc is not responsible for losses caused by relying on an estimate without appropriate verification.
