Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information may be processed when you use Paycalc.org and how advertising technologies may be used if monetization is enabled.

Last updated: October 8, 2026.

Calculator inputs

PayCalc does not require an account to use its calculators. Calculator inputs are processed by JavaScript in your browser using the site's calculation code and static rule data. PayCalc does not intentionally submit or store the values you enter into the calculator forms in a PayCalc user profile or application database.

You should still avoid entering information that is not needed for a calculation. The site is designed around amounts, rates, elections, and general financial assumptions rather than names, Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or similar identifiers.

Hosting and technical logs

Like most websites, PayCalc's hosting and network providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. This can include IP address, browser or device information, requested URLs, timestamps, referrer information, and diagnostic or security logs. Retention and processing by infrastructure providers are subject to their own operational and legal requirements.

Third-party resources

PayCalc may load resources from third parties, such as web fonts. A request to a third-party service can reveal standard connection information such as an IP address and browser details to that provider.

Advertising and Google AdSense

PayCalc may use Google AdSense or other advertising services. If Google advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to deliver, limit, personalize, and measure advertising.

Google may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's activity on PayCalc and/or other websites, subject to Google's settings and applicable consent requirements. Visitors can review or control personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Additional information about how Google uses information from sites that use its services is available at Google's partner-sites privacy information.

If additional third-party advertising vendors or networks are used, this policy will be updated to identify them or explain how visitors can access their privacy and opt-out choices.

Consent and regional privacy controls

Where required by law or Google publisher requirements, PayCalc will use an appropriate consent-management mechanism before serving advertising that requires consent. Advertising preferences may differ by region, browser, account settings, and the choices a visitor makes in a consent interface.

Cookies

PayCalc's core calculators do not require advertising cookies to perform their calculations. Cookies or similar storage may be introduced by advertising, consent-management, security, analytics, or other optional services. When such services are enabled, this policy and any applicable consent interface will describe the relevant choices.

Children

PayCalc is a general-audience financial calculator site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly design the service to collect personal information from children through calculator forms.
